Ardent Sentry Exercise 2012

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. - Staff Sgt. Justin Tite, 88th Test and Evaluation Squadron aerial gunner, received the Air Force Distinguished Flying Cross with Valor here July 9.

Luke continues to support F-35 misson at Eglin AFB

As part of a plan to prepare the 33rd Fighter Wing for the arrival of the F-35, Luke Air Force Base sent some assets to Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., in January 2011.

Station comes together for bone marrow registry

The air station hosted a bone marrow donor registry at the Marine Corps exchange to help one of its own Marines, July 13.

Gunnery Sgt. Shane Lamont, a Marine Weapons and Tactics Squadron 1 low altitude air defense gunner, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in May 2012.  Read more...
