Safety First

We have several policies and operating procedures in place to ensure the safety of our students, families, and staff. We ask that you please help us by doing a couple of things that can make a big difference in safety at our school:
  • If the carpool line is extending out of the parking lot gate, please be sure you are scooting your car up all the way so other cars can fit.
  • Use your turn signals.
  • Drive very slowly in the parking lot.
  • Do not park in the handicap spaces unless if you or someone in your car is in physical need to do so.
Spirit Shirts Available

Some students are growing out of their spirit shirts and we have S and M size t-shirts available now too. These are the shirts students wear to PE class and field trips. The sizes and quantities of those sizes that we have available are:
  • 3 XS youth t-shirts
  • 1 S youth t-shirts 
  • 2 M youth t-shirt
  • 1 L youth t-shirts 
  • 2 S youth tunics 
  • 1 M youth tunic 
  • 1 L youth tunic 

T-shirts are being sold at the reduced price of $11 and tunics are being sold at the reduced price of $14.
twoStaying After School

If your child and other children need to work on any projects or classwork after school hours at the school, please always make sure to first seek permission from admin to use a space. Please also stay with the children at all times while they are working so that they are supervised. We have other after school programs all throughout the week and we need to ensure that (1) all students are always supervised and (2) there is space for the activities.

A great way to stay in touch with school happenings, other than emails, is to:
Anyone can stay in touch with us through the above means, whether or not their children attend ILM Academy. For example, feel free to invite your family members and friends to like us on Facebook.

Additionally, we have a separate private PTA page for our parents only which you are welcome to join and stay in touch with fellow parents of the school!  
Tuition and Tax Info

To access tuition invoices at any time, log in to your Orbund account (making sure to select the role of Parent), then click on Tuition & Fees > Payment & Invoice > select the academic year from the top menu. Payments you've made are listed at the bottom. 

If claiming tuition on your taxes, please use the IEIT tax ID number: 76-041-3970. The address for IEIT is 3110 Eastside St., Houston, TX 77098. Tuition cannot be claimed as a donation.

Student Holiday in April

Just a reminder that Friday, April 3 will be a student holiday. There will be no school on that day. (This is also noted in the 2014-2015 academic calendar.)
