Communion Servers Needed
As members of the United Methodist Church, we promise to be faithful with our prayers, our presence, our gifts, our service, and our witness. One way you can fulfill that promise is to participate in the sacrament of Holy Communion. We traditionally serve communion on the first Sunday of each month. Please consider signing up to help.
If you can be a Communion server for July 1, please contact Betsy Burnell at 704-779-3788 or ncusa02@bellsouth.net or Rhonda Hawkins at 704-989-7142 or alphamama.rh@gmail.com

4 servers are needed for the 8:30 service and 7 servers are needed for the 10:30 service

We would like to thank everyone who has already been serving Holy Communion, and to our new church members who have expressed a desire to help with this. Due to the growing number of people in our congregation, some of the procedures for serving Communion have changed a bit. We need those of you who are already serving Communion and anyone else who would like to serve to attend a short training THIS SUNDAY, June 24, 4:45 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Not Here Ministry is in need of donations of small, individual bottles of insect repellent.
The Men's Breakfast and Bible Study is taking a break. Meetings will resume on July 10.
Let's get this summer started! Everyone is invited for an evening of music, games and s'mores! See you at HUMC this Friday!

Allergy Awareness: Please feel free to bring a  nut-free  dessert to share.
