Our eyes are fixed on the Lord, pleading for His mercy.

Doxology

Through Him, and With Him, and In Him

At the very end of the Eucharistic Prayer, just before the congregation recites or sings the Our Father, the Priest says this prayer. At this moment of the Mass, known as the Doxology, the Priest raises the Body and Blood of Christ toward heaven. It is through Jesus, in Jesus, and with Jesus that we come to know the Father's goodness, as well as the love that the Holy Spirit brings to us and to the whole Church.

Seminar for Catholic Women

What does it mean to be a woman today? Is there a one-size-fits-all answer? How can a woman be truly Catholic and truly feminine, hard-working and creative, and yet be at peace within? How does she nurture life at home, at school, on the job or in the culture?

Author Genevieve Kineke explores those questions in her book The Authentic Catholic Woman, and will bring the rich message of authentic femininity to St. Anne Catholic Church during an upcoming seminar sponsored by the Columbus Deanery Council of Catholic Women.

Space is limited for the August 15, 2015 event, which will take place from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., in Visitation Hall. The $20 per person fee to attend includes lunch. Online registration is available.
