I will praise you, Lord, in the assembly of your people. -Psalm 22 |
One of the most precious gifts we possess is the gift of time. God has given us so many seconds, minutes, hours, and days in our lifetime. This gift of time is one that, once passed, we can never replace or bring back. Where are you spending your gift? The Stewardship Renewal of Time and Talent is underway at St. Anne Catholic Church. This annual renewal provides us with an opportunity to recommit ourselves to a life of stewardship by reflecting on where we are and taking a step towards where God is challenging us to be. Please review the many ministries available at our parish, give some time to prayerful thought to how you might share your gifts, and return your Ministry Registration Form this weekend. |
Parish Council Elections Parish Council elections will be held this weekend. Ballots and biographies are available in the Commons Area. All registered members of the parish, age 18 and older, are encouraged to vote for four out of the six nominees: Meg Burkhardt, John Cobis, Brian Hilderbrand, Melissa Hill, Skip Parker, and Kristen Schlies. Please remember to sign your ballots before casting your vote! |
Communion & Confirmation Gifts Sixty students from St. Anne Parish and St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School will celebrate the Sacrament of (First) Holy Communion on Saturday, May 9th, and 75 students will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation on Thursday, May 14th. Gifts, such as cards, veils, rosaries, Mass books, and more mementos, are now available in the parish's Notre Dame Shop. The shop will be open during its normal weekend hours (30 minutes before/after the Saturday Vigil Mass and after all Sunday Masses) and, in order to accommodate parishioners who wish to purchase First Communion and Confirmation items, the shop also will be open on Friday, May 8th, from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. and Monday, May 11th, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. |
