Dear OLG Families,
What an incredible Catholic School's Week! From the Open House & Mass on Sunday, through this week of events and concluding with Student Recognition (Pajama Day) today, the school has been abuzz with energy and celebration of the wonders of our students, staff, families, and our great community. All I can say is a huge
THANK YOU to all of you parents and staff who made this week so special to our community!
This Sunday (Feb 4th) you can continue to bring your families'
Hands and Feet closer to the ways of Christ by participating in
Family Faith Sunday. Between masses (9:45 - 10:30am) join in a time to share thanks and prepare for our next season, Lent! It will be upon us very soon.
Also coming soon is the Auction and our Registration & State of the School. If you haven't yet, please take a moment to give myself and the School Commission some feedback on our programs and next year... these surveys close on Sunday.
Finally, as many of you will likely watch the Superbowl this weekend, think of the millions of dollars being spent on advertisements and consumerism in our society. What can you do in ways large and small to model for your child the values of Learning, Service, Leadership, and Faith? Thank you again for being the Number 1 Educator in your child's life!

SCRIP Gift Card Update!
A few changes to note! We are now accepting Scrip orders the
first Friday of every month. Turn
SCRIP order forms in anytime during the month, but everything will be processed that "first Friday". We are hoping this allows families to better plan ahead for the month and make their card purchases all at once. Also, by consolidating orders we save money on shipping, which equals more money for the school. We will be sending reminders via the newsletter and on the
OLG Facebook page, so go online and
“like” our school page.
That being said, since the first Friday this month is tomorrow, our next Scrip order will be placed on
Friday, February 9
th, so get those orders in soon!
Can't wait? EScrip is active!
Sign up for an account which links your bank account to Scrip. With this you can order conveniently from home anytime, recharge current scrip cards you've got, or download scrip directly to your phone or printer! Please email
Danielle for our online school enrollment code or any questions.

Time to turn in Box Tops! Please
drop off labels from Box Tops products at the school office or in the container by the church library during the month of February.
