Welcome Back
New Front Entry for school
Dear OLG Families,

Happy New Year on this tenth day of Christmas! We don't have " 10 Lords a 'leaping" around the school, but sometimes when the middle schoolers come down the stairs sounds like it. Join the whole parish this weekend as we celebrate Epiphany, the arrival of the three wise men, and on Sunday at 11am potluck brunch (dress and food appropriately).

We are blessed in this new year with many new gifts:
  • Ms. Jackie Ellis joins our staff in this new year.
  • Newly remodeled Front Entry (Thank you Mr. Sal!)
  • Applications for new families for next year are arriving daily.
  • Catholic Schools Week holds new plans (more to come in next week's newsletter).

There is much to celebrate, but we have also suffered a loss in the last bit of 2017. You are all invited to the School Mass this Friday at 9am where we will honor Mr. E's gifts and bless Ms. Ellis and the 6th grade homeroom. Additionally, for your family, Ms. Heidi has also compiled a bit of Family Resources that you can read here. Read on for many other news items as we navigate into 2018.
Yours in Christ,

Anton Kramer

EDC Kids Inspire One Another
The best thing about the EDC program at OLG is how all the age groups interact and engage with each other. The older kids help the younger ones and the younger kids help the older kids by their perspective of seeing things with new eyes as well as the funny things that they say. The older kids like the fact that the younger kids look up to them.

New Things
This past summer we had an air hockey table donated to us by the Meats family! Thank you so much Christina and Tony for thinking of us. The kids have really enjoyed the air hockey table and it is used on a daily basis. The older kids have also enjoyed playing ping-pong. Read More
