Serving Berkshire County Since 2008
 Greetings!
This weeks produce baskets feature all the colors of the rainbow. Summer produce is peaking and there are too many local items to list here but you can view them all on our website by scrolling through the Fruit & Vegetable categories. When you scroll down the page, every item that is local has a red tomato displayed and the farm’s name is listed. You can also click on the image for more information about that particular item such as how many approximately come in a pound.

If I had to choose a dozen top produce choices for this week, here are my picks:

Recipes

I honestly can not stop eating this summer corn salad. I never thought I could have a sweet corn addiction but after sampling it dressed in a light vinaigrette and tossed with fresh basil and cherry tomatoes, I’m hooked.

This easy crumble is made with oats, stone fruits and pecans. I usually make this with coconut oil, but you can use butter or vegan butter.
Serve this savory side dish inspired by France's Provence region with baked eggs or roasted chicken, pork, or fish.

This salad is an easy way to enjoy fresh beans and you can improvise with the ingredients to fit with whatever you have on hand.

Thank you for supporting a small, locally owned business, our local farms and local food artisans.
