It's funny to think that this time last year, we were all preparing for the Super Bowl in Indianapolis. How far we have come in just a year! Our new space at The Platform is built out, we have a new community Legacy Center, and a beautiful new Georgia Street pedestrian village. While the zip line hasn't stuck around, we do feel that Indianapolis has kept the momentum going and that it will live up to the challenges of the future. We are proud to be part of this City and to work with you, our vendors and our community to make it better.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!

Be Well, and Thank you!

Molly, Laura and the IWFM Team

Squash is one of those great winter storage vegetables that stays around almost all winter long. With almost innumerable varieties, it can be an interesting challenge to try them all.

Delicata squash is a good source of fiber and potassium, vitamins and minerals such as magnesium. These squash were sourced from our squash expert, Stout's Melody Acres. Pick up a few this weekend and try this great recipe!

Good Earth Natural Foods
Our long time community partner, Good Earth Natural Foods Store in Broad Ripple, is proud to support IWFM and their community by providing natural and organic foods, supplements, beauty products, and apparel to the community. Their radio show Another Day of Living is all about eating well, living well and feeling good. They want to take you with them as they delve into the wide world of health and wellness. Good Earth and Another Day of Living were gracious enough to highlight the IWFM! Please enjoy listening to the broadcast here.
