All Fats Aren't Equal
 
The 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines from the USDA stated "saturated fats are harmful compared to polyunsaturated fats, and that both n-3 and n-6 fatty acids are healthful compared with saturated fats, or refined carbohydrates."

The paper by Dr. Frank Hu from Harvard's T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and Metagenics thought leader, showed data supporting the replacement of saturated fats with vegetable and polyunsaturated fatty acids may reduce the risk of CVD.
