Palmetto Bay is also seeking to award H & J Asphalt, Inc. to install 4 ft. wide bike lanes on both sides on SW 82 Avenue from SW 160 Street to SW 168 Street. It is recommended that the proposed bike lane project be implemented during this fiscal year to coincide with the resurfacing improvements planned along the same segment of 82 Avenue and to improve connectivity to the new bike lanes designed for construction under the scope of the traffic circle at the intersection of SW 82 Avenue & SW 168 Street. H&J Asphalt, Inc. is currently providing the Village with roadway resurfacing services via Resolution 16-118.
