Important Reminder for Seniors:
In order to register for college classes, Trinity High School must submit a final transcript to each student's chosen college or university. In order for us to do this, your senior must officially request her Final Transcript to be sent. If she has made her final college decision, she must complete THE FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM no later than Tuesday, May 18th.
  • If your student has not yet decided where she'll be attending, that's ok. Just please let Ms. Granholm know so that we can plan accordingly.
  • The final transcript can only be submitted to one school, so students must make sure the information included on the form is accurate.
  • As long as the form is submitted by May 18th, the college will receive the Trinity transcript by Friday, June 11th.
  • If any other groups or organizations (scholarships, NCAA, NAIA, etc.) also need to obtain the final transcript, it should be requested on the form.
