A Message from the Archdiocese
Dear Parents and Guardians,

Trinity High School will be participating in an archdiocesan-wide student, teacher, and parent survey.  This survey called the Climate, Culture, and Catholic Identity survey encompasses major aspects of instruction, student and adult culture, and Catholic mission and culture. It has been constructed in partnership with the University of Chicago, incorporating the research-based and prolific 5Essentials survey.

All Trinity students and teachers will be asked to participate in the survey, although their questions will be tailored to their own experience at Trinity. The survey is available in English and Spanish, and the archdiocese requests that one parent per household should participate in the survey. All surveys, for faculty, students and parents are entirely anonymous. The Archdiocese will release the school-specific data to us later in the year.

We hope that you will take the time to give Trinity the honest feedback we need to continue to make your school the best possible home for your Blazer. During a pandemic may seem like an odd time to ask some of these questions, but we know we need to start from where we are today because we want to head into this uncertain future together, and better than ever.

Visit:  http://survey.5-essentials.org/archchicago/survey/parent/ to complete the survey. The survey will close on March 26, 2021.

Sincerely,
Ed Condon, Ph.D.
Superintendent
