Weekly Update

What an Awesome Third Thursday!
Thank you to all who came to the 3rd Annual Beer & Food Pairing hosted by Muscatine Hy-Vee!

Chef Tessa put together a fabulous menu that paired with New Belgium beers. Scott Kirby, a Certified Ciserone  and "Cheese", a New Belgium Brewery Beer Ranger, selected the beers to be tasted.

Cheese told us all about New Belgium and their corporate lifestyle. It made us all want to work there!

Thank you to Allsteel, Stanley Consultants and Muscatine Hy-Vee for sponsoring the event.

What do you like to do for fun? Hang out with my friends and do a variety of activities - Trivia, go to sporting events, farmer's markets, etc. I like to read when I can get the change. I enjoy working out. I like to do outside activities, but not during the winter.

Why did you join YPN?
I joined for the professional networking, but also to meet other people and professionals around my age in order to make friends when I first moved back to town. I still like coming to meet new people around the community.

What is your favorite YPN event? I have really enjoyed the Hy-Vee food and beer pairing event.

What event would you like to see YPN do? Don't know if I have any suggestions for different events, but maybe social outings like for sporting events or group trips, even for the day?
