Amy and Amy planning May coverage at Old Narrow Gauge

Try the Springtime Mix at Micromainea; purple kohlrabi, arugula, broccoli, pea tendrils, red stem sorrel.

Eban at Springdale is back and brought their new Queso Fresco-this staple of Mexican cooking is great in other "melty cheese' dishes as well. Be sure to check his specials board.
Lunch or dinner options abound at Pine Tree Poultry

At Pine Tree Poultry, chickens whole and cut up, are available now.  Say hi to Stephanie, helping out Pauline for the summer, and bringing her own handspun and dyed yarns.
At Goranson Farm, plenty of spring delights including arugula and broccolini. Seedlings too: parsley, sage, dill, edible marigolds-lemon and tangerine gem-nice.
Beeswax hand cream at Pleasant Pond

At Mainely Poultry, Dima has duck quarters for smaller meals.  Or try their smoked duck in a nice summer salad

Pullet eggs are small and tasty-check them out at Sparrow Farm. \

Appleton fans will celebrate the return of Granite kiss, goat Camenbert, Dulsea, and aged chevre.
A Borealis staple-and you can use this fine   whole wheat flour too.

If you're a bake it yourself person when you run out of bread midweek, check out the whole wheat flour from Aroostook Co. at Borealis-smooth, silky flavorful.

The nameless jars at Graces Garden are full of Mermaids Blend with celeriac added-yummy.
