Wednesday Lent Service Come meet Barabbas! Soup supper starts at 5 PM and worship at 6 PM. Due to the White Bear School break there will be no confirmation, Sparklers, Club 56, HS Youth Group.
Book Club Meeting  Join us in a discussion on A Memory of Violets at 7 PM on Tuesday, March 13 in the library.
Joy/Peace Circle will gather for their monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 14 at 10:00 AM in the Atrium. We welcome and encourage new members to join Joy/Peace Circle for inspirational Bible study and delicious refreshments served by our members. On Ash Wednesday, cards with a nail were given out as a tangible reminder for the Lenten practice of reflection. If you did not receive one on Ash Wednesday, please feel free to take one from the basket and bring the nail back for the GoodFriday service on March 30 at 7:00 PM.
PrimeTime Event Thursday, March 15 . The group will tour the Hindu Temple in Maple Grove with lunch on your own at 3 Squares Restaurant. Please be at Redeemer at 9:00 AM as bus will leave promptly at 9:15. Sign up at Welcome Center desk as soon as possible. $16 for bus and tour. Checks to "Redeemer Primetime" by March 11.
2nd Half Ministry is sponsoring a tour of the Museum of Russian Art featuring "Matroyska Dolls" on Wednesday, April 11.   Sign up between February 28-March 14 at the Welcome Desk. Checks to Redeemer Lutheran with "Museum of Russian Art" on the memo line. Carpooling from church with lunch following the tour at Wise Acre Eatery in Minneapolis. Thanks to everyone who made a financial commitment to Redeemer last Sunday by submitting pledge cards for the 2018 General Fund Drive.  Your generosity ensures that Redeemer can continue its important mission to spread God's love through worship & music, outreach to the community and beyond, congregational care and many children, youth and family programs.  If you missed participating in Commitment Sunday and would like to make a financial commitment to Redeemer, there are giving cards available in the church office and at the Welcome Desk.  Thanks again for your support!
Save the Date - Volunteer Appreciation, Sunday, April 8 between services join us for brunch celebrating the "Light" of Redeemer, our volunteers.  Hope to see you on the 8th!

Redeemer has the following dates reserved: June 17-22 for TIM Team (9th - 12th graders) and Youth (4th - 8th graders) campers and a weekend experience on June 22-24 for our 2nd and 3rd graders called Seeds weekend.  Please contact Pam Huntley with any questions or concerns. 
The Redeemer Trust Fund Board is now accepting applications for Scholarships. Application forms are next to the mailboxes and indicate the scholarships available. Applications are due by March 15. Please see any of the following members of the Trust Fund with questions:  Bill Rust, Gene Ruehle, Wendy Jenz, Lee Johnson or Sarah Gengenbach.
Envelope Fundraiser for Houston Trip- We've redistributed the amounts of the envelopes to smaller numbers, so if you wish to donate, select an envelope with the number of the dollar amount you'd like to give, fill out the card inside with your name and address, and return the card and your donation to the office. You will receive a post card from the youth when they are in Houston as a thank you! Youth will also be hosting Sunday morning treats on May 6. Thank you for all your support for this trip!
