Faith Youth are in Houston for the ELCA National Youth Gathering!

Five Faith youth and two adults are in Houston for the ELCA National Youth Gathering this week!

Rachel Anderson, Alex Becker, Anna Carlson, James Ekren, Karly Ekren and Emme Thompson are led by Howard and Jodi Becker on their week-plus time in Houston.  They are joining some 30,000 ELCA youth and adults from all over the US, in a week of worship, service, and fellowship.

YWCA Family Village Hygiene and Cleaning Supplies Drive - final days!

During the month of June our Social Ministry Team will be collecting full size bottles of personal hygiene and household cleaning supplies for the residents living at the YWCA in Redmond. These items are products that cannot be purchased with food stamps.
 
Often there are buy one get one free sales at our local stores. Please consider bringing one or more of these items to help support our families in need. Here are some suggested items to donate:
 
shampoo                 conditioner                      bath soap
toothpaste              dental floss                      hand lotion
laundry detergent   bath & kitchen cleaner     Spray 'N Wash
glass cleaner           dish detergent                 floor cleaner
paper towels           sponges/scouring pad       napkins
 
Please place donations in the basket in the narthex. Last day to donate is Sunday, July 2 nd . Thank you!
