In this one-day workshop, local artist and healer Dr. Uma Mulnick will lead students through the process of creating their own unique mandalas. Mandalas (from Sanskrit for "sacred circle") have been used all over the world and since ancient times to focus awareness. Mandala painting can relieve stress, enhance creativity, and help produce personal insights. There will be a short break for lunch. $45 includes all supplies. |
