Today Haley Turner & our own Rachel Toomey spoke to us about Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Babies are typically admitted if born pre-maturely, if there are problems during delivery or show signs of a health issue in the first few days of life. 1 in 10 babies are born too early in the U.S. This can also be a traumatic experience & affect parents emotions in different ways. They spoke to us on how we can help families and offer support and the purpose of this newly formed group.   To reach Haley call 239-839-6091 or  NICUfamilyswf@yahoo.com
