Introducing Megan Mann
Director of Resource Development and Communications
A Message from Megan:

What a wonderful first week at CrossOver Healthcare Ministry! I’m pleased to have joined the team at CrossOver as the Director of Resource Development and Communications.

While I’m new to the staff team, I’m not new to the mission of CrossOver. Over a decade ago my mom was diagnosed with cancer, just two short weeks after my dad took a new job. It was only after this diagnosis that my parents realized that their new health insurance policy had a $25,000 cap. As we all know, $25,000 does not begin to cover the cost of cancer and soon my parents had gone through their savings to pay for cancer treatment.

Luckily, my mom found many wonderful community resources, including CrossOver. Through CrossOver, she was able to receive her primary care during what was a difficult year for our family.

Today, my mom is cancer free! I’m so thankful that CrossOver and its supporters were there for my family. I look forward to working alongside our passionate staff team, volunteers, and supporters, to continue CrossOver’s critical work of being a medical home for so many in our community.
