As an Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Dustin helps provide programming in the areas of functional movement, Olympic and Power lifting, as well as rehab based experience in the Physical Therapy field.
Originally from Redwood Falls, Dustin currently lives in Minnetonka.
Dustin spends his free time golfing whenever possible, Power lifting, training for Grandmas Half-Marathon, bowling, spending time with friends, and keeping up with his education in the exercise science field.
Dustin encourages being awesome by moving in general and promoting a healthy diet. In addition, make sure to ask him how to do two claps and a Ric Flair!
