Caren celebrates 10 years with CLO in January 2016

Console Law Offices is proud to announce our newest Partner, Caren N. Gurmankin, Esquire. Caren joined CLO in January 2006 as a law clerk. Caren continued clerking for CLO until she passed the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state bar exams and began her career as an attorney in August of 2007 here at Console Law Offices.

Console Law Offices has hired two new attorneys this fall.  Nicholas R. Romeu, Esquire and Ashley N. Waring, Esquire clerked for CLO and continue on as attorneys having passed the PA and NJ bars. 


Laura C. Mattiacci speaks at The Rules and Amendments Roadshow 

Laura C. Mattiacci
Console Law Offices' partner Laura Mattiacci spoke at the federal courthouse in Philadelphia as part of a panel presentation on the proposed Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure which were recently presented by the U.S. Supreme Court to Congress for approval and took effect on December 1, 2015. Ms. Mattiacci joined several federal court judges and leading litigators to discuss case-management techniques that will help courts and litigants realize the Amendments' full potential to make discovery more targeted, less expensive, and more effective in achieving justice.

Rahul Munshi
Rahul Munshi panelist at Annual Bench-Bar Conference in Atlantic City

Rahul Munshi served as the moderator for a CLE session at the Philadelphia Bar Association's 2015 Bench-Bar and Annual Conference on October 16, 2015. Rahul led the panel's discussion on LGBT Discrimination in the Workplace.  The panel presented on recent developments in employment discrimination laws based upon sexual orientation, including changes in both Pennsylvania State and Federal law. Rahul discussed judicial and legislative developments and tips on how to prosecute and try sexual orientation and gender identification discrimination claims.
