B rian graduated from Wake Forest University in 2010, with a double major in Mathematics and German. From there, Brian attended the Villanova University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2014. While in law school, Brian was a member of the  National Trial Team and was awarded with the ABA-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law upon graduation.  Before joining Console Mattiacci Law, LLC, Brian gained valuable experience working for a boutique Philadelphia firm focused  on plaintiff's employment law.

Prior to joining Console Mattiacci Law, LLC, Fernando worked for a plaintiff-side law firm in Philadelphia, where he handled a wide-range of litigation matters. While in law school, Fernando clerked for the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Fernando was a founding board member of Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law's Labor and Employment Law Society, and he volunteered at Philadelphia Legal Assistance, where he represented indigent individuals before the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry in matters involving appeals from denials of unemployment compensation benefits.

Ms. Vandegrift brings over a decade of criminal justice experience to our firm.  She is a former Philadelphia Police Officer and patrolled many parts of our city including Center City and North Philadelphia.  In 2011, she was promoted to Police Detective.  She worked in both South Division and Southwest Division before leaving in 2017 to join CML.

Ms. Vandegrift received a paralegal diploma from Penn Foster College in 2017.  She is currently enrolled in Penn State, and plans to study Labor and Employment relations in the spring of 2018.
