Let's Get a Grip on Grading
Welcome to the Teaching & Learning Excellence Division (TLED)’s “How To Stay Sane During Grading Season” Challenge! We know the end of the semester can be hectic for faculty. That's why TLED conceived this ten-day, quick-hit intensive to help you shed the procrastination and fast track your way to winter break (without losing your sanity!).

Psychology Today says that “Productivity results from a mix of factors: motivation, talent, training, work environment, support from others, time management, and even luck.” So starting tomorrow, you'll receive an email with a productivity exercise researched & designed to push you through the grading crunch and across the finish line in 10 days. Each activity has been curated to enhance your motivation during this busy time of the year, and keep you on track as the deadline for grades approaches (5pm on December 20th).

Our message to you: This challenge will provide you with an opportunity to try an array of activities that you can incorporate into your everyday routine. It’s simple, fun, & low-stress. We hope that it helps you look forward to grading, or at least to getting it all done!
