Congrats, grads!
I'm Bridgette : ) To some, that's a familiar name and face around campus-- for others I'm simply known as the person that your parents used to call when they wanted to "check in" on you, or maybe you've just seen this wildly, school-spirited blonde lady running around campus at Homecoming or hijacking your newsfeed on Facebook. The chances are that we've run into each other (at some point) during the past 4 years on our small UC campus. Today, I'd like to formally introduce myself to you as the Director of Alumni & Parent Relations at the University of Charleston. And as a fellow alum, I want to give you a very warm welcome into the UC Alumni Family... plus, send you your first batch of alumni news!
As I mentioned to you at graduation rehearsal, you will receive a monthly Alumni eNewsletter to this email address the last Wednesday of the month. The eNewsletter is a way for you to stay connected with your alma mater: find out what's going on at campus, tell us about your latest endeavor or new job, keep your contact information updated, save the date(s) for upcoming alumni events, etc. So stay tuned... your first Alumni eNewsletter will be sent on Wednesday, May 30th!
