I recently heard myself saying, "I'm not out to end all the world's pain, only the unnecessary suffering. The suffering of the mind." 

Funny how it can surprise you to hear the conviction of truth from deep inside yourself.  It comes and then it bores holes through your life like a worm through deep, thick mud. If you've the courage and silence to allow it.

As a result of this clarity and some months on time-out, I am making some changes. This weekend I will remove the Member Area pages so that elesecoit.com can be unconditionally available and totally free. This marks the end of all personal marketing for me. The site remains as a place to share personal reflection and the radio archives will stay too, but please download what you'd like to keep for yourself from the Member area (using the password "Community") just in case I decide not to post all of that material after the clean up! 

On another front, I've taken a post as CEO of a management consulting group which is going to completely shift how organizations develop and manage people. I remember how, as a manager myself, I burned to know how to make more of a difference to people. I left corporate management and became a coach before I found the answer.

Today it is very clear to me how to assist people to live in their brilliance. I intend for myself and the consultancy firm to be an ally to anyone, particularly in business and management, who wants to find out.  With this purpose in my heart and resolve to get this out where it can do some good, I have started writing a book on Coaching for Managers.  (Following "Inner Direction" and "101 New Pairs of Glasses").

One other change afoot is that soon you will be asked if you want to continue to receive occasional personal email from me. If you wish to stay connected this way, you will need to opt-in*. This is good, it gives you a chance to really see if being connected with me is enriching your life.  Speaking for myself, honestly, I'd rather hear from you. If you do decide to stay connected I hope to find a way to be some form of blessing to you.

For now, I wanted to say hello, bring you up to date, let you know I care and welcome you to the uncharted waters of this coming year.
