With a strong reputation for producing trendsetting, award-winning and cutting edge events including VIP experiences at prestigious horse shows, art and culture events, and private galas, Wellington Hospitality Group is looking forward to inventing a new genre in the foodie event category with this innovative market-brunch series.

Set under a rustic, pole barn at a specialty produce farm, the Swank Farm Market-Brunch Series will allow guests to enjoy a gourmet brunch produced by renowned local chefs, while sitting at hand-crafted wood tables under a sea of wine bottle and mason jar lighting, as live musical entertainment fills the air. Well-known chefs from Jupiter to Miami will prepare regionally inspired dishes made from fresh and organic products sourced right from the Swank Farm property and other local sources at interactive chefs' tables!

After enjoying the elaborate brunch, guests are welcome to grab a recipe card from their favorite food stations and head over to the farmer's market to gather up the necessary ingredients to re-create the special dish they just enjoyed at home. Market shoppers can fill their bags with clothing, jewelry, art and other unique items hand crafted by local artisans. For those guests who enjoy an adult beverage or two during brunch time, there is a beer garden filled with local brewers and a 21+ VIP Lounge serving bottles of Veuve Clicquot.

The WHG and Swank Farm Market-Brunch Series will host 10 events throughout the course of the winter season. Tickets for the champagne brunch are on sale now and may be purchased online at: https://wellingtonhospitalitygroup.ticketleap.com

This year, WHG is looking forward to planning and producing hospitality services for several of the VIP and signature events in the equestrian community of Wellington. The premier company has also partnered with the Wellington National Golf Club to build two unique restaurant venues at their newly re-designed country club, Wellington National, on Binks Forest Drive.
