Real Estate Tip When determining your budget for purchasing a home don't forget to include items that you will need to maintain your home. Here are a few examples:
- If you are wanting to purchase acreage, you will also need to ensure you can afford machinery or items necessary in maintaining that acreage.
- If you are thinking about purchasing a home with a long drive way in the country, ensure you have the budget to maintain gravel for that driveway
Yes you can maybe afford the payment, but think beyond that and consider costs to live there. Those additional items are what can get homeowners into real trouble, either not being able to afford them and leaving your property in disarray or not being able to afford your payment because of them. |

You matter to us - What sets us apart is the personal attention you will receive. As a professional family owned company we take great pride in how we conduct each transaction, and your satisfaction is our top priority!
A big real estate company and teams of agents work with each client individually just as we do. They do not sell the homes they list any faster or for any more money. It's simple, it's about focusing on our customers.

Every year hundreds of young adults, ages 15-19, are killed in alcohol or drug related accidents. Many of these occur during the prom and graduation season. The WHS Booster Club is organizing an After Prom Party on April 18, 2015 from 11:30pm to 4:00am. We offer a drug and alcohol free, safe after prom party for the students of Wellsville High School and their dates. We provide games, activities, food, and prizes during this event. Wellsville has a strong and proud tradition in our prom festivities. Since 1993 the Booster Club has provided an After Prom Party. This is a self-supported project sustained by our fund raising events as well as individual and business donations of money, gift certificates or other items. All donations will be used for the After Prom Party. If you can help this year we'd love to hear form you. Please call Valerie Broers at 785-241-0668 to find out how you can help. Your donations to the After Prom Party would be greatly appreciated and will help us to keep our children safe. Thank You! |
