Library
Renovations,
Middle School Commons Update and
1:1 Laptop Launch
As the mainstay of all our giving programs, the Annual Fund is an ideal opportunity for alumni and friends of Westfield to positively impact the success of our students. Funds from this year’s campaign will be used to transform our traditional library spaces into interactive, multi-media learning environments, as well as to create collaborative work areas in the Middle School Commons. Additionally, proceeds will also be earmarked to support the launch of our 1:1 laptop program for 9th and 10th grade.
Our theme this year is “When You Give, I Can…” A gift to the Annual Fund means our students can DISCOVER, COLLABORATE, EXPLORE, and so much more.
|
|
The 2016 Annual Fund kick-off in the quad on October 21st brought in just over $27,000--a great start towards reaching our goal of $150,000.
To date we have reached over 80% school-wide participation.

Memorial Brick Campaign Now Underway to Help Build New Hornets’ Nest Pavilion
Alumni have a unique opportunity to leave a permanent marker of support and help ensure a bright future for Hornet athletics. We are now raising funds to build a new pavilion to serve the Hornets’ Nest teams and fans! The new pavilion will sit on the same location of the current concession/restroom area, however the existing structure will be completely remodeled and expanded to more than double the current size. The new pavilion will house a much more sophisticated kitchen and concession area, as well as new men's and women's restrooms. Construction of the new pavilion will begin in the summer of 2017.
Custom bricks and pavers are now on sale and are a great way to:
- Show your Westfield, Beechwood or Baker pride
- Memorialize a loved one
- Honor a recent graduate
- Recognize a favorite teacher or coach
- Commemorate a past or present team or a championship season
