Former Westhampton Beach postal worker Liz Duerschmidt is a self-taught artist whose impressive career spans 30 years. She's been capturing local scenes of Westhampton Beach and the surrounding areas in various artistic mediums. Her passion for life and art are vividly seen in her colorful canvasses. Someone once described her artwork as, "Hopperish, with a whimsical touch."
Artist Liz Duerschmidt will showcase her artwork in the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center's Gallery Lounge until July 31.
