What Can We Learn From Prince?
Or...The Artist Formally Known as a Symbol?
Since I recently wrote a commentary on Are You Too Old To Rock, I thought I would share another thought from the world of music. Recently I found myself reading an article in a magazine on Prince, or the "The Artist Formally Known as Prince" or the "The Artist Formally Known as a Symbol".

I have always viewed him as pretty odd character. Even odder when he went thru a stage where his name was an unpronounceable symbol. (Apparently this was a response to a contract dispute with a recording label?)

It's Tested, Right?

One piece of advice I like to offer about sourcing safe products from suppliers in the promotional products industry is, "trust, but verify." In the 1980's, author Suzanne Massey once suggested to then president Ronald Reagan that he use Russian parables to better communicate with government officials of the Soviet Union.  The author suggested "doveryai no proveryai"-trust, but verify-which became Reagan's signature line when discussing U.S. relations with the USSR.

Three Causes of Insufficient Sales...

If your sales aren't where you want them to be, it's likely that one or more of these three causes is to blame. Click here for the details...
Choosing The Right Apparel For Your Brand
What a individual wears expresses their personality, social associations and even in the case of uniforms, shared corporate identity. By branding apparel items with your logo, individuals who choose to wear that item are giving your brand a personal endorsement in front of their acquaintances, colleagues, family and friends.

These impressions make promotional apparel an important, and influential, tool for your marketing strategy. You want to make sure that the items you choose make the right impression and reflect your brand.   Click Here for the rest of the blog post...
