Teen Yoga
Wednesdays 4:45 to 5:45pm @ Kits CC   
Teens will connect and celebrate themselves through movement, breath and meditation. Gain poise as you build strength, flexibility and balance. Improve self-esteem and self-awareness which will give you confidence in everyday life. Soothe away stress through peaceful meditation.
 
Barre Fit  
Saturdays 10:30 to 11:30am @Kits CC    Wednesdays 7 to 8pm @Kerrisdale CC
Develop long lean muscles in a workout with a strong focus on posture, alignment and breath using elements from Ballet and Pilates, taught in a supportive non-competitive atmosphere. This class will not only tone your body, it will also focus the mind.
 
Therapeutic Body Rolling    
An ideal class for those who suffer from chronic aches and pains. In this quiet and meditative class we give ourselves a massage by rolling on a ball. Our weight creating a force that massages and releases muscles and myofascia tissue, improves circulation and joint mobility. You will likely feel an immediate improvement. Consistent attendance creates lasting change.
 
NEW Neck, Shoulders & Back 
Thursdays 2:45 to 3:45pm @ Kits CC  
Good for: Back and neck pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, car accidents, headaches, tension, stress, anxiety, meditation, posture.
 
NEW Do the Splits!  
Saturdays 9:15 to 10:15am @ Kits CC  
Have you always dreamed of doing the splits!? Me too! Together, we will work towards it. Class will begin with a good warm-up and then we will gently and safely work on flexibility to do the splits. Reaching the splits will depend on your flexibility, expect a great improvement with regular attendance.  
 
Pilates
Wed, Thurs, Fri 9:15 to 10:15am @Kits CC
Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. It's a full body workout with no impact on joints. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring in the waistline. It also improves, alignment, balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility and posture.
