Greetings!
What comes to mind when you hear the words . . .summer . . . training . . . life? For many, the warmth of summer brings a desire to vacation with loved ones. As we take time to enjoy every precious moment, we are mindful of those we help who suffer with complex mental disorders. Take this moment to consider training options to enhance your practice and help you provide compassionate and scientifically valid treatments to fidelity. Together we help build lives worth living. This month we share selections from Dr. Marsha Linehan's teaching on Mindfulness as she explains how to better articulate the skill of Observe to clients. |
