A few weeks ago we wondered how March for Our Lives could have managed to organize almost at once some 800,000 gun-control protesters [only 10% of the marchers were students] in Washington, DC. Equally peculiar was that students apparently had some ‘ loose change’ on hand to underwrite the multi-million-dollar budget. Truth be told, it can be safely assumed that high-school students neither planned the event nor took care of the expenditure. Secular anti-gun advocates and media elites did, playing the students as pawns.

Another matter that bears repeating is the question why Christians are closing their eyes rather than confronting the problems, difficulties and obstacles in sustaining America’s freedom. Christians are called for this battle. “It would indeed be strange if we apprehended how that on the one hand Canaan was a free gift unto Israel, which they entered by grace alone; and on the other, that they had to fight for every inch of it! It is in the public square where Christians will have to vanquish secular humanism’s all-out attempt to obliterate America’s Judeo-Christian heritage, and once Biblically-based culture (laid down by America’s Founders). Let us call a spade a spade and notice that Secularism maintains its continuing existence by both hostility toward Christianity and its death grip on public education, universities, and academia. If America is to survive, Christians must untangle pagan Secularism from the warp and woof of society’s fabric, commencing with government-controlled education.

Nothing more clearly exemplifies the religious overturn taking place in the America of the last 60 years than three decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court. Two of the decisions came from the liberal Warren Court: in 1962, Engel v. Vitale ( removing prayer from public education) and in 1963, Abington School District v. Schempp ( removing the Bible from public education). Lastly, in 2015, the Justices in Obergefell v. Hodges cooked up a constitutional right to homosexual intercourse and marriage. Most shamefully, Justices Elena Kagan and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who earlier had officiated same-sex weddings, declined to recuse themselves. Both should have been impeached and convicted by Congress.

Now that Natural Law has been drained of all truth by judicial secularists, relativists, and supremacists, good and evil are determined by whatever five secular Supreme Court Justices on any given day can agree upon. By stripping the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God of all meaning, America’s legal foundations have shifted from Biblical law to secular say-so.
