Delivering Meals for the Holidays

Every Thanksgiving, our chefs prepare special holiday meals for our clients. This year, over 60 volunteers helped package and deliver oven fresh turkey, stuffing, barbeque beef, macaroni and cheese, pumpkin pie and cookies. That includes 343 lbs of turkey, 171 lbs of stuffing and 86 lbs of cranberry sauce!
We've been receiving overwhelming positive feedback from our clients - they were impressed with the quality, portion sizes and presentation of the Thankgiving meals.
For our clients who live alone, a visit from a volunteer bearing a home-style meal and a smile reminds them of what the holidays are all about. Thanks to everyone who helped make it possible!
