 Backup, Backup, Backup!
We've said it before, and we'll say it again - backup, backup, backup your data!
Sad to say, but it happened to another PBS user last week. Their computers crashed and all their PBS history was gone. Between our support tech and their IT person, they were able to retrieve
most of the files. All vendor history was completely gone, though. Avoid this lengthy and stressful situation by backing up your data. And check that your backups are working properly.
Consult with your software/hardware professional for the best way to protect your data.

White Chocolate Covered Cranberries
Ingredients:
16 ounces dipping white chocolate, such as Candiquik
12 ounces bag cranberries
Directions:
- Melt chocolate according to package directions.
- Dip cranberries into the chocolate with a fork and let the excess run off.
- Place on wax paper and let chocolate harden.
Super easy, right? And yet they're pretty and delicious! Enjoy!
