Check out this custom 450mm target designed for use in the logic and memory markets. Using the latest technology, VEM is continuously developing innovative new products like this in response to our customers' requirements. VEM's extensive manufacturing capabilities include a 250 ton 2000�C hot press (for targets ranging from 50mm - 450mm), induction melting, casting, forging and rolling capability. We offer Indium bonding, ultrasonic testing, ICP analysis and laser inscribing.

Historically Au evaporation is plagued by "spitting" issues due to excessive carbon, which results in decreased yield and tool productivity. VEM's Ultra Pure Au (UP Au) evaporation material removes impurities through a proprietary manufacturing process AND has been proven to eliminate "spitting" for some of our customers.
VEM's manufactured 5N purity UP Au evaporation pellets have >80% LESS impurities when compared to the competition.
