Kids Yoga
WEEK 3
halloween theme tonight!
5:30pm
Kids ages 5 through 8 will have fun exploring yoga by playing games, and moving to music with teacher led instruction designed specifically for children. The class will include breathing techniques, yoga poses, and ways to find focus and stillness. Four weeks for $30 or drop in for $10.
Children should bring a mat (if you have one),
a bottle of water, and your smile.
Please arrive for your first class 10 minutes before class begins.

her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
We already know how great she is with the kids
and are excited to welcome her
as a regular teacher soon.
As part of her YTT she has created a facebook page
Yoga for Students with
Dyslexia and Reading DIfficulties
Combining her knowledge as a reading specialist
with her passion for yoga.
She will be offering 2 FREE yoga classes
this November for students have
difficulties reading or suffer from Dyslexia
The first will be Wednesday Nov 19
the second wil Be Saturday Nov 22
I will be creating a mind body sign up shortly

This yoga class for children ages 6-12 will include meditative activities, breathing exercises and yoga postures. It is designed to ease stress and anxiety while practicing techniques to improve confidence and focus. Students will learn strategies that can be used on and off the mat. This FREE class is being offered to introduce students to some of the benefits of yoga.

Duck Supper to Benefit Ranch Hope Nov. 8

Our church, Aldine UMC, is holding our 82nd Annual Duck Supper which benefits Ranch Hope, Inc. on November 8th. We were wondering if we would be able to advertise this on the Chambers Happenings. Attached is a copy of our flier. We would appreciate any help since this is Ranch Hope's 50th anniversary, we would like to make this the biggest & best duck supper.
