Workflow Steps can now be assigned to a Database Team. Previously, these could only be assigned to individual database users. Learn more about Workflow Processes here 

Run Mail Merges when Completing Workflow Steps. If a Workflow Step includes a letter, you can now merge the letter and/or envelope when completing the step. Learn more about working with Workflows here

Apply Permissions when Adding a Contact to your Database. Previously, this function was only available from Common Tasks and Advanced Search Options.  Learn more about Permissions here

Search Quicklists by Name Filter. From your Quicklists menu in the bottom navigation bar, you can now search by Quicklist Name, a useful feature for databases making extensive use of them. Learn more about Quicklists here

If Spouse Added from Add Contact page, Servicing and Writing Advisors Applied to Spouse as well. When you initially add a contact record, if you add the Spouse, Servicing Advisor and Writing Advisor at the same time, the Spouse will also have these advisors attached to their contact record. Redtail CRM Mobile updates for iOS and Android. Version 1.0.7 is fully iOS 7 compatible, addresses minor bugs and now has a Location field when adding/updating activities. Learn more about Redtail CRM for iOS and Android
