Send an Opportunity's Linked Contact to Search 
You can now select an Opportunity from the Opportunity Tracker, click Send to Search and any linked Contacts will be sent to your Advanced Search page for further action. Read more about the Opportunity Tracker
 
New Broadcast Email Manager 
Now, when you send a Broadcast Email, it is queued for delivery, allowing you to move onto other tasks within your CRM. You can always check its status, however, with our new Broadcast Email Manager.  Read about it here

Notes by Contact Report now supports user defined time zone  
Previously, the time for Notes displayed in this Report was Pacific by default. Now Notes display in the time zone you've set as your default time zone for your database.  Find out how to set your default time zone

Single click of Email subject now opens Email Viewing window  
The Email History widget on Contact Overviews now supports single-clicking of the subject line to view the original message. Read more here

Download vCard from a Contact's Common Tasks widget
If you would like to download a contact's vCard, you can now do so from the Common Tasks widget on their Overview page.  Learn how here

Updates to Transactions by Contact Report   
We've added an option to export this Report as a PDF and also added account numbers to the Report and Exports. Learn more about the Transactions by Contact Report  
 
Include Disabled Users' Notes on Notes by Contact Report  
There is now an option to include those Notes entered by disabled database users when setting up filters on your Notes by Contact Report. Learn more about the Notes by Contact Report
 

Redtail Imaging has been completely redesigned!
We'll be rolling it out to existing users over the coming weeks. In addition to an improved user experience, you'll also find Imaging is now cross-browser compatible!
