Warmer weather is here, so get your bike ready to roll. On MAY 9, Bicycles West is offering a FREE 'Bicycling 101: Getting You and Your Bike Ready to Pedal this Summer for those who haven't dealt with their bikes in months....or even years! BIKE TO WORK Day is also scheduled MAY 18, so look for the COMMUTER SUPPORT STATION and BIKE SaFaRi activities happening in Town Square Park that same day.

Downtown Burien Student Art Walk is May 3 | |
Spectacular visual and performing arts will enliven 152nd Street on Thursday, MAY 3 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm between 4th and 10th Avenues S.W. This event will culminate our community's celebration of 2012's "Art Education Month".

Run, jump, and climb with skill and confidence! During this two-hour clinic on MAY 12 or JUNE 9, kids will learn the basics of PARKOUR, the exciting sport that teaches how to pass over, under,
around and through obstacles........ all while experiencing the sheer joy of movement.

Garden-Zilla: Family Clay Creation |  A bug, a butterfly, or a bee? Create an outdoor garden animal for everyone to see! We'll use cool materials to create realistic 'skin' for your animal and then decorate with colorful glazes. Program happens during mornings on MAY 26 & JUNE 2 for one child with a parent. Children must be at least 5 years old.
