Through this 14-week program (42 sessions) you'll gradually build to a 30-min run as well as lose pounds and inches. In addition to using a run/walk method to build endurance and get you to that 30-min run, you'll keep a detailed food journal that will be used by RunnerDude to provide feedback on changes to your current nutrition. You'll also have weekly weigh-ins and on-going support through email, a (closed) group Facebook page for daily/weekly encouragement and motivation, and access to a wealth of online running and nutrition information accessible only to group participants. Individual pre and post photos will be taken as well as pre and post measures of body fat,
