Vittorio and Fabio have been busy scouting new Serafina locations! Vittorio recently spent a week in Turkey and then he joined Fabio in Los Angeles. They're both traveling to Saitama to open our second location in Japan on April 14th.

Vittorio joined Donald Trump on Italian Celebrity Apprentice where he judged a Truffle Competition. The event took place at Serafina Broadway in NYC and was aired on SKY in Italy.

We love cherry blossoms! Chefs at Serafina Tokyo created a special Sakura Menu inspired by the cherry blossoms representing the beauty of spring. It is available from March to April. Serafina is surrounded by beautiful cherry blossoms in the Marunouchi district.
