DDMIX (Diverse Dance Mix) is a full-body workout based on a wide range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. The aim of DDMIX is to get people moving without being intimidated by the word 'dance' or the technicality of the steps, but instead to give a full workout that is such fun that you don't even notice that you are exercising.
and Nathan Clarke, and brought to Be-yoga by Hayley of Hayley Beeson School of Dance, each class is 45 minutes long and includes around 7-9 different styles of dance in 2.5 minutes music tracks created exclusively for DDMIX.
