Revised La Plata County Land Use Code

The La Plata County Planning Department presented the draft first module of the revised Land Use Code for review and suggestions for improvement.

There will be numerous mechanisms for providing suggestions for improvement through Jan. 12, 2018, beginning with a dedicated project email: NewCode@co.laplata.co.us
Please be sure to include the specific section and subsection of the code that your suggestion references. The second method provided for feedback on Module 1 is available online from now until January 12, 2018. Finally, you can attend any of the stakeholder sessions scheduled for December.  If you have any questions, please contact Megan Graham using the information in the section above.
