Dear ,
At JBC we are having many discussions with our clients and fellow workplace advocates about what the workforce will look like in 2020. How do we build diversity & inclusion programs today that fully anticipate a changed world in which work happens differently? How do we anticipate changes just around the corner and beyond, such as global growth, virtual technology, more diverse employee bases, and even more diverse customers? We have a lot of ideas, and we know you do, too.
In a nutshell, we believe business as usual will not suffice. However, and here is the good news, we can lay the groundwork today to build the leaders of 2020. We at JBC are hard at work doing just that, in partnership with the world's top rated employer-of-choice companies.
Our recent webinar, sponsored by Cisco and featuring participants from over 30 companies, focused on ways that Employee Resource Groups can drive business results. This is just one of many new paradigms we've identified, where we have yet to realize the potential of this huge resource - employees - right in our proverbial "back yards." Take a peek at the executive summary of our Cisco ERG Benchmarking report right here, and keep reading for more.
What about your organization? What untapped resources exist where employee (and employer) value can be unlocked? We build custom programs that explore these possibilities, in familiar frameworks such as:
In addition to all of the great resources we have shared with you below, we especially want to send a note of gratitude to the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and Bank of America who recently named me for their December 2010 Dorothy B. Brothers Executive Scholarship. I was honored to be chosen, not only on behalf of our certified woman-owned business, but as a rising female CEO. It is organizations like these that support great businesses and allow us to do what we do for our clients.
We look forward to all the new year has to offer you and thank you for being connected to our growing business!
Yours in workplace transformation,
