Construction in the Downtown area along Chorro Street between Higuera and Palm streets is underway-in a big way-and slated to continue for about two more weeks.
While the project is necessary and will result in a safer and more attractive street and ADA compliant curbs, it has been noisy, dusty and hard on the businesses in that area.
