At Rendez-vous 2017, in Saint John, ' The Ladies of the Backstage Committee' was born. It was created with the idea to support opportunities, to examine challenges facing women in our industry, and to seek solutions. The committee focuses on networking, recruitment, retention, and career satisfaction.  

If you are interested in being on the committee, or working with the committee, we welcome all. We seek individuals who would be willing to assist in producing events, creating and managing networking databases, supporting social media content, and being active advocates of our mission. If this is of interest to you, please contact committee chair, Heather Lamb, at [email protected].
