Watching and sending is one way of serving Christ. And then, there are times when being the supportive hands and feet becomes a God-guided reality. Where there is a calling, God will provide a way.

Meet Angeline Chichaya.

Always involved in the mission-mindedness of serving, I could no longer bear just watching and sending. I felt a strong desire to become a more active, hands-on participant to global missional impact. After months of serious searching, God literally helped me find the MissionNext website by googling some searches one evening after Christmas dinner.

After filling out a service profile, I took a short-term mission trip I found through the website. That trip reinforced the truth that "with God all things are possible." My heart's passion was validated, and my desire grew to be His hands and feet in missions somewhere.

What’s Next, Lord?

Returning from the short-term trip, I chose to start down the path to become a Journey Guide with MissionNext. Every step of the way, what could have been a challenge became a possibility.

Continuing to serve on the Leadership Team at my church and the Caring, Worship, and Visual Arts ministries, I recently began the role to coach fellow missionaries as they seek God's will. My hands helping other's feet walk the path toward their God-given mission.

Speaking to those God is motivating to step out, stretch and take new journeys, I am more and more convicted of God's view of the world--that He needs our hands and feet to reach and help people.

In my opinion MissionNext is one of the most understanding, flexible and supportive agencies to work with! I love the reach the organization has around the world and the different types of missions possible through our partners. Facilitating God's calling is a vital tool in His work.
