When he is no longer president, he will be remembered, notwithstanding his abysmal policies, ineptitude, brashness, crassness, rashness, or having a Marie-Antoinette-let-them-eat-cake-type of wife, a woman so completely and utterly undignified that she is almost her own sitcom. No, what will be Mr. Obama's lasting legacy is the marketing campaign established to help sell him to America. All we got was the movie, "Dave", except Kevin Kline was smarter.
